Do you need help with your camera or would you like some advice, but are not always available? No problem, just use our callback service. We will then get back to you at the desired date.

Collection and processing when using the callback service
When using the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, telephone number, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of contacting you. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. We will only use your email address to process your request. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

V100

Software: V2.11.35-77

Manual: V100-Quick Start Guide

Installation Guide Software V100:

  1. Format the SD card in the format: FAT32 (Manual)
  2. Download the software from above
  3. Extract the files from the .zip file
  4. Copy the extracted files to the formatted SD card
  5. Important: only copy the files, not the entire folder
  6. If the copy was successful, remove the card from the PC
  7. Insert the card into the camera
  8. Turn the camera on
  9. The installation process takes about 2 minutes
  10. Turn off the camera after 2 minutes
  11. Remove the battery/rechargeable battery
  12. Reinsert the batteries/rechargeable battery
  13. Turn the camera on
  14. The camera now searches for a signal and sets up

MacOS:

  1. Format the SD card in the format: MS-DOT (FAT) (Manual)
  2. Download the software from above
  3. Extract the files from the .zip file
  4. Copy the extracted files to the formatted SD card
  5. Important: only copy the files, not the entire folder
  6. If the copy was successful, please double-click: MacOS_PrepareSDCard.command
  7. Remove the card from the PC
  8. Insert the card into the camera
  9. Turn the camera on
  10. The installation process takes about 2 minutes
  11. Turn off the camera after 2 minutes
  12. Remove the batteries/rechargeable battery
  13. Reinsert the batteries/rechargeable battery
  14. Turn the camera on
  15. The camera now searches for a signal and sets up
V150

Software: V1.18.13-30

Manual: V150-Quick Start Guide

Installation Guide Software V150:

Windows:

  1. Make sure you use a Class 4, Class 10 or Class 10/U1 micro SD card with up to 32 GB.

  2. Format the SD card.

  3. Download the software.

  4. Open the downloaded .zip file by double-clicking it.

  5. Copy the files from the .zip file to the micro SD card. (Only the individual files, no folders).

  6. Make sure that the V150 is switched off.

  7. Insert the micro SD card into the V150.

  8. Switch on the camera.

  9. The camera installs the update automatically.

  10. As soon as the V150 has been updated, it will set itself up again.

MacOS:

  1. Make sure you use a Class 4, Class 10 or Class 10/U1 micro SD card with up to 32 GB.
  2. Format the SD card.
  3. Download the software.
  4. Open the downloaded .zip file by double-clicking it.
  5. Copy the files from the .zip file to the micro SD card. (Only the individual files, no folders).
  6. On the Micro SD card, right-click MacOS_PrepareSDCard.command and select Open with Terminal to run the file.
  7. Make sure that the V150 is switched off.
  8. Insert the micro SD card into the camera.
  9. Switch on the camera.
  10. The V150 will install the update automatically.
  11. As soon as the camera has been updated, it will set itself up again.
V200

Installation Guide Software V200:

Windows:

  1. Format the SD card in the format: FAT32(Manual)

  13. Turn the camera on
  14. You can now set up the camera and get it ready for use

  7. Insert the micro SD card into the V300.

  8. Switch on the camera.

  9. The camera installs the update automatically.

  10. As soon as the V300 has been updated, it will set itself up again.
